Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ryppl (operated by Offbeat Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Use

Ryppl is a marketplace connecting creators and brands for structured content collaborations. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments and Escrow

All payments are processed through our escrow system. Funds are held in escrow until deliverables are approved. Platform fees are deducted at the time of escrow release. All amounts are non-refundable except as outlined in our dispute resolution policy.

4. Content and IP

Creators retain ownership of their content unless explicitly transferred in an offer agreement. Brands receive a license to use content as agreed in the campaign terms. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Circumvent the platform to transact directly and avoid fees
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between creators and brands are handled through our platform dispute resolution process. Decisions made by Ryppl staff are final. For escalations, contact support@viralx.in.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ryppl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
